About BALLOZI Xavian Watch Face

BALLOZI Xavia is a modern futuristic sporty bold watch face for Wear OS.

INSTALLATION:
1. Please create sure you watch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth

2. Install, download and begin the companion application then click INSTALL APP ON WEAR DEVICE.

3. Check your watch and do the installation from there. If price still appears, wait for 3-5 minutes or restart your watch face.

4. If still not installed, check your Galaxy Wearable application or install it if not installed> Watch Faces> Downloaded and apply the watch face to your watch. For non-Samsung Wear OS watches, please check the watch application installed in your phone that comes with your smartwatch brand and find your newly installed watch face in the watch face gallery.

5. You can also install this watch face by accessing the Google Play Shop in the web browser in a PC or Laptop with the same acc you created the purchase from to avoid double charge.

6. If PC/laptop not available, you can use the phone web browser. Head over to the Play Shop app, then to the watch face. Click the Three dots in the upper right hand corner then Share. Use the available browser, I suggest Samsung Internet app, login the acc you created the purchase from and install it there.

Please be patient with us until Play Shop fix this issue. Please be reminded that we don't have control over the installation issue. Our watch face apps are thoroughly tested in a real device (Galaxy Watch Four Classic) and are reviewed and approved by the Google Play Shop squad before publishing them. We love to share our work and create sure users will have fun our watch faces.

CUSTOMIZATION:
1. Press and keep display then hit "Customize".
2. Swipe left and right to choose what to customize.
3. Swipe up and down to choose options available.
4. Hit "OK".

PRESET APP SHORTCUTS:
1. Calendar
2.Alarm
3. Battery
4. Heart rate

Note:
If Heart Rate is 0, you probably missed the Let permission
in the 1st installation. Please test solutions below:

1.  Please do this 2 (2) times - switch to another watch face and switch back to this face to enable the permission

2. You can also enable permissions in the Settings> Apps> Permission> find this watch face.

3. Also this can be triggered by a single tap to measure the heart rate. Some of my watch faces are still in Manual Refresh
